Thou shalt not see thy brother' s ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.

Raha hitanao mania ny omby na ny ondrin' ny rahalahinao, dia aza atao tsy ho raharahanao izany, fa avereno any amin' ny rahalahinao mihitsy izany.

Raha mahita omby na ondry mania an' ny rahalahinao hianao, dia aza hihodiviranao, fa avereno any amin' ny rahalahinao izany.

Si tu vois vagabonder le b oeuf de ton frère ou quelque pièce de son petit bétail, tu ne te déroberas pas, mais tu les ramèneras à ton frère.

Deo / Dt 22:2

And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.

Ary raha tsy akaiky anao, na tsy fantatrao, ny rahalahinao, dia ento mody any aminao ilay nania, ary aoka hitoetra aminao mandra-pitadin' ny rahalahinao azy, dia haverinao any aminy.

Raha tsy akaikinao anefa ny itoeran' ny rahalahinao, ka tsy fantatrao izy, dia raiso ao aminao ilay biby, ka ho ao aminao izy mandra-pahatongan' ny rahalainao mitady azy, ary amin' izay dia haverinao aminy.

Si ton frère n' est pas de ton voisinage ou si tu ne le connais pas, tu les recueilleras chez toi et tu les garderas avec toi jusqu'à ce que ton frère vienne les chercher ; alors tu les lui rendras.

In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother' s, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.

Ary toy izany koa no hataonao amin' ny borikiny, na ny fitafiany, na ny zavatry ny rahalahinao, na inona na inona izay very ka hitanao; fa aza atao tsy ho raharahanao izany.

Raha hitanao lavo eny an-dàlana ny ampondra na ombin' ny rahalahinao, dia aza hihodiviranao, fa tsy maintsy manampy azy mihitsy hianao hanarina ny lavo.

Si tu vois tomber en chemin l'âne ou le b oeuf de ton frère, tu ne te déroberas pas mais tu aideras ton frère à le relever.

Deo / Dt 22:5

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman' s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.

Aoka ny vehivavy tsy hitafy ny fitafian-dehilahy; ary aoka ny lehilahy tsy hitafy ny fitafiam-behivavy; fa fahavetavetana eo imason' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao izay rehetra manao izany.

Aoka ny vehivavy tsy hitafy fitafian-dehilahy, ary aoka ny lehilahy tsy hitafy fitafiam-behivavy, fa izay rehetra manao izany dia fahavetavetana eo anatrehan' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao.

Une femme ne portera pas un costume masculin, et un homme ne mettra pas un vêtement de femme ; quiconque agit ainsi est en abomination à Yahvé ton Dieu.

Deo / Dt 22:6

If a bird' s nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:

Raha sendra mahita akanim-borona eo anoloanao eny an-dalana ianao, na amin' ny efa foy, na mbola atodiny, ary ny reniny manomba ny efa foy, na mikotrika ny atodiny, dia aza maka ny reniny mbamin' ny zanany.

Raha mahita akanim-borona hianao, eny an-dàlana na eny ambony hazo, na ety amin' ny tany, na efa zanany na mbola atodiny, ka kotrehin-dreniny ao, na ny zanany na ny atodiny, dia aza alaina omban-dreniny ny zanany;

Si tu rencontres en chemin un nid d' oiseau avec des oisillons ou des oeufs, sur un arbre, ou à terre, et que la mère soit posée sur les oisillons ou les oeufs, tu ne prendras pas la mère sur les petits.

But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.

Alefaso mihitsy ny reniny, fa ny zanany ihany no alao ho anao, mba hahita soa ianao ka ho maro andro.

tsy maintsy halefanao handeha ny reniny, fa ny zanany ihany no alao ho anao, mba ho sambatra sy ho lava andro hianao.

Laisse partir la mère ; ce sont les petits que tu prendras pour toi. Ainsi auras-tu prospérité et longue vie.

When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.

Raha manao trano vaovao ianao, dia asio aro-fanina ny tampony, fandrao hisy olona hianjera eny, ka hahatonga heloka ny amin' ny rà ho ao an-tranonao ianao.

Raha manao trano vaovao hianao, dia asio aro-fanina manodidina ny tafon-tranonao mba tsy hanisy rà amin' ny tranonao hianao, raha sendra misy olona mianjera avy aminy.

Quand tu bâtiras une maison neuve, tu feras au toit un parapet ; ainsi ta maison n' encourra pas la vengeance du sang au cas où quelqu' un viendrait à tomber.

Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

Aza fafazana voan-javatra roa karazana mifangaroharo ny taninao, fandrao samy ho lasa ho sazy ny vokatry ny voan-javatra nafafinao sy ny vokatry ny tanim-boalobokao.

Aza fafazana voan-javatra roa karazana ny tanim-boalobokao, fandrao samy holazaina zavatra masina avy izy, na ny zavatra nafafinao na ny vokatry ny tanim-boalobokao.

Tu ne sèmeras pas autre chose dans ta vigne, de peur que le tout ne soit consacré : et le produit de ta semence, et le fruit de ta vigne.

Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

Aza mampikambana omby sy boriky hiasa tany.

Tu ne laboureras pas avec un b oeuf et un âne ensemble.

Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

Aza mitafy lamba voatenona tamin' ny volon' ondry mifahana rongony.

Tu ne porteras pas de vêtement tissé mi-laine mi-lin.

Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.

Asio somotraviaviny ny zorony efatra amin' ny lambanao izay itafianao.

Asio sahondrany ny zorony efatra amin' ny lamba itafianao.

Tu feras des glands aux quatre bords de l' habit dont tu te couvriras.

If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

Raha misy lehilahy mampaka-bady ary mandry aminy, ka tsy tiany indray ravehivavy,

Raha misy lehilahy nampakatra vehivavy ho vadiny, sy efa nandeha taminy, nefa tonga tsy tia azy indray,

Si un homme épouse une femme, s' unit à elle et ensuite la prend en aversion,

And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

dia haratsiny sy alàny baraka ka ataony hoe: Efa nampakatra ity vehivavy ity aho, nefa raha nandry taminy, dia tsy hitako ny famantarana azy ho virijina:

ka manendrikendrika azy amin' izay mahafa-baraka sy mahafa-pofona azy, manao hoe: Nampakatra ity vehivavy ity aho, kanjo nony nandeha taminy aho dia hitako fa tsy virjiny izy,

et qu' il lui impute alors des fautes et la diffame publiquement en disant : " Cette femme que j' ai épousée et dont je me suis approché, je ne lui ai pas trouvé les signes de la virginité ",

Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel' s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

dia halain' ny ray aman-drenin-drazazavavy ny famantarana azy ho virijina ka ho entiny ho eo amin' ny loholona amin' ny tanàna eo am-bavahady.

dia halain' ny ray aman-drenin-drazazavavy ny famantarana azy ho virjiny, ka haposany amin' ny loholon' ny tanàna eo am-bavahady.

le père de la jeune femme et sa mère prendront les signes de sa virginité et les produiront devant les anciens de la ville, à la porte.

And the damsel' s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

Dia hiteny amin' ny loholona ny rain-drazazavavy hoe: Ny zanako-vavy nomeko ho vadin' io lehilahy io, kanefa tsy tiany indray izy;

Ary hiteny amin' ny loholona ny rain-drazazavavy, hanao hoe: Nomeko ho vadin' io lehilahy io ny zanako vavy, kanjo nony tsy tiany,

Le père de la jeune femme dira alors aux anciens : " Ma fille que j' ai donnée pour femme à cet homme, il l' a prise en aversion,

And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter' s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

ary indro fa efa noharatsiny izy ka nataony hoe: Tsy hitako ny famantarana ny zanakao-vavy ho virijina; kanefa indreto ny famantarana ny zanakao-vavy ho virijina. Dia hamelatra ny lamba eo anatrehan' ny loholona amin' ny tanàna izy mivady.

endrikendrehiny amin' izay mahafa-baraka azy, lazainy hoe: Hitako fa tsy virjiny ny zanakao. Nefa indreto ny famantarana fa virjiny ny zanako vavy. Sady velariny eo anatrehan' ny loholon' ny tanàna amin' izay ny fitafiany.

et voici qu' il lui impute des fautes en disant : "Je n' ai pas trouvé à ta fille les signes de la virginité. " Or, voici les signes de la virginité de ma fille. " Et ils déploieront le linge devant les anciens de la cité.

And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

Ary halain' ny loholona amin' ny tanàna izany lehilahy izany ka hofaizany.

Dia hosamborin' ny loholon' ny tanàna izany lehilahy izany, ka hofaiziny.

Les anciens de cette cité se saisiront de l' homme, le châtieront

And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

Dia hosaziny sekely volafotsy zato koa izy, ka homeny ny rain-drazazavavy izany, satria nahafa-baraka ny virijina anankiray tamin' ny Isiraely ralehilahy; nefa dia ho vadiny ihany razazavavy ka tsy azony hisaorana amin' ny andro rehetra hiainany.

Hampandoavina sazy, volafotsy zato sikla izy, ary homeny ny rain-drazazavavy izany, noho izy nanala baraka ny iray amin' ny virjinin' Israely, sady hitoetra ho vadiny ravehivavy ka tsy azony isaorana raha velona koa izy.

et lui infligeront une amende de cent pièces d' argent, qu' ils donneront au père de la jeune femme, pour avoir diffamé publiquement une vierge d' Israël. Il l' aura pour femme et ne pourra jamais la répudier.

But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

Fa raha marina kosa izany lazainy izany, ka tsy hita ny famantarana an-drazazavavy ho virijina,

Raha marina ihany kosa anefa izany, ka hita tokoa ny tsy maha-virjiny an-drazazavavy,

Mais si la chose est avérée, et qu' on n' ait pas trouvé à la jeune femme les signes de la virginité,

Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father' s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father' s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

dia ho entiny mivoaka ho eo anoloan' ny varavaran' ny tranon-drainy razazavavy ka hotorahan' ny mponina amin' ny tanànany vato ho faty, satria nanao izay fady indrindra teo amin' ny Isiraely izy ka nijangajanga tao an-tranon-drainy; ka dia hofongoranao tsy ho eo aminao ny fanao ratsy.

dia hoenti-mivoaka ho eo am-baravaran-drainy razazavavy, ka hitora-bato azy mandra-pahafatiny ny mponina ao an-tanànany, satria zava-betaveta loatra no efa nataony teo amin' Israely, tamin' ny nijangajangany tao an-tranon-drainy. Izany no hamongoranao ny ratsy eo afovoanao.

on la fera sortir à la porte de la maison de son père et ses concitoyens la lapideront jusqu'à ce que mort s' ensuive, pour avoir commis une infamie en Israël en déshonorant la maison de son père. Tu feras disparaître le mal du milieu de toi.

Deo / Dt 22:22

If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

Raha misy lehilahy azo mandry amim-behivavy vadin' olona, dia samy hatao maty izy roroa, na ralehilahy izay nandry tamin-dravehivavy, na ravehivavy koa; ka dia hofongoranao tsy ho eo amin' ny Isiraely ny fanao ratsy.

Raha misy lehilahy azo mandry amim-behivavy manam-bady dia hovonoina, ho faty avokoa izy roa, na ralehilahy nandry tamin-dravehivavy, na ravehivavy. Izany no hamongoranao ny ratsy ao afovoan' Israely.

Si l' on prend sur le fait un homme couchant avec une femme mariée, tous deux mourront : l' homme qui a couché avec la femme et la femme elle-même. Tu feras disparaître d' Israël le mal.

If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

Raha misy zazavavy virijina voafofo ho vadin' olona, ary misy lehilahy mahita azy eo an-tanàna ka mandry aminy,

Raha misy zazavavy virjiny efa fofombadin' olona, ary misy lehilahy mifanehitra aminy ao an-tanàna ka mandry aminy,

Si une jeune fille vierge est fiancée à un homme, qu' un autre homme la rencontre dans la ville et couche avec elle,

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour' s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

dia ho entinareo mivoaka ho eo amin' ny vavahadin' izany tanàna izany izy roroa ka hotorahanareo vato ho faty: razazavavy moa, satria tsy niantso, nefa tao an-tanàna ihany; ary ralehilahy koa, satria nandry tamin' ny vadin' ny namany; ka dia hofongoranao tsy ho eo aminao ny fanao ratsy.

dia ento mivoaka ho eo ambavahadin' ny tanàna izy roa, ka torahy vato ho faty: razazavavy moa noho izy niantso tao an-tanàna, ralehilahy kosa noho izy nametaveta ny vadin' ny namany. Izany no hamongoranao ny ratsy eo afovoanao.

vous les conduirez tous deux à la porte de cette ville et vous les lapiderez jusqu'à ce que mort s' ensuive : la jeune fille parce qu' elle n' a pas appelé au secours dans la ville, et l' homme parce qu' il a usé de la femme de son prochain. Tu feras disparaître le mal du milieu de toi.

But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die.

Fa raha any an-tsaha kosa no ahitan-dralehilahy an-drazazavavy voafofo ho vadin' olona, ary misavika azy ralehilahy ka mandry aminy, dia ralehilahy izay nandry taminy ihany no hatao maty.

Fa raha any an-tsaha kosa ralehilahy no mifanehatra amin-drazazavavy fofombadin' olona ka manao an-keriny mandry aminy, dia ralehilahy nandry taminy ihany no hatao maty,

Mais si c' est dans la campagne que l' homme a rencontré la jeune fille fiancée, qu' il l' a violentée et a couché avec elle, l' homme qui a couché avec elle mourra seul ;

But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:

tu ne feras rien à la jeune fille, il n' y a pas en elle de péché qui mérite la mort. Le cas est semblable à celui d' un homme qui se jette sur son prochain pour le tuer :

For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

Fa tany an-tsaha no nahitany azy; ary niantso ihany razazavavy voafofo ho vadin' olona, nefa tsy nisy hamonjy azy.

any an-tsaha izy no nifanehatra taminy, ary niantso ihany razazavavy fofombadin' olona, fa tsy nisy namonjy azy.

car c' est à la campagne qu' il l' a rencontrée, et la jeune fille fiancée a pu crier sans que personne vienne à son secours.

If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

Raha misy lehilahy mahita zazavavy virijina, izay tsy voafofo ho vadin' olona, ka misavika azy sady mandry aminy, koa hita izy roroa,

Raha misy lehilahy mifanehatra amin-jazavavy virjiny tsy mbola voafofo, ka misavika azy sy mandry aminy, ary tratra izy roa;

Si un homme rencontre une jeune fille vierge qui n' est pas fiancée, la saisit et couche avec elle, pris sur le fait,

Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel' s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

dia hanome sekely volafotsy dimam-polo ho an' ny rain-drazazavavy ralehilahy izay nandry taminy; ary hovadiny izy, satria efa nosavihiny sady nandriany; ary tsy azony hisaorana izy amin' ny andro rehetra hiainany.

dia hanome volafotsy dimampolo sikla an-drain-drazazavavy ity lehilahy nandry taminy, ary ho vadiny razazavavy, satria efa nanala baraka azy izy, ka tsy azony isaorana raha mbola velona koa izy.

l' homme qui a couché avec elle donnera au père de la jeune fille cinquante pièces d' argent ; elle sera sa femme, puisqu' il a usé d' elle, et il ne pourra jamais la répudier.

A man shall not take his father' s wife, nor discover his father' s skirt.
