Deo / Dt 15:1

At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.

Ary isam-pito taona dia manaova fanafahana ianao.

Amin' ny faran' ny isam-pahafito taona, dia manaova fanafahana.

Au bout de sept ans tu feras remise.

Deo / Dt 15:2

And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the Lord' s release.

Ary izao no ho fomban' ny fanafahana: Ny tompon-trosa rehetra izay nampanàna vola tamin' ny namany dia hamoy izany; tsy hanery ny namany izay rahalahiny handoa izy, satria efa voantso ny fanafahan' i Jehovah.

Ka toy izao no hanaovana ny fanafahana: ny tompon-trosa rehetra izay nampanàna vola dia hanao famelana ny amin' izay nampisamboriny ny namany. Tsy hanery ny namana aman-drahalahiny izy rahefa voantso ny fanafahan' ny Tompo.

Voici en quoi consiste la remise. Tout détenteur d' un gage personnel qu' il aura obtenu de son prochain, lui en fera remise ; il n' exploitera pas son prochain ni son frère, quand celui-ci en aura appelé à Yahvé pour remise.

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

Ny olona hafa firenena ihany no azonao terena handoa; fa izay anao amin' ny rahalahinao kosa dia hafoinao;

Azonao terena ny olon-kafa firenena; fa izay anao amin' ny rahalainao kosa, dia aoka hanaovan' ny tànanao famelana,

Tu pourras exploiter l'étranger, mais tu libéreras ton frère de ton droit sur lui.

Deo / Dt 15:4

Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the Lord shall greatly bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

kanefa tsy dia hisy olo-malahelo eo aminao, fa hitahy anao tokoa Jehovah eo amin' ny tany izay omen' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ho lovanao,

mba tsy hisy mahantra eo aminao. Fa hambinin' ny Tompo marina tokoa hianao, any amin' ny tany izay nomen' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao ho fanananao,

Qu' il n' y ait donc pas de pauvre chez toi. Car Yahvé ne t' accordera sa bénédiction dans le pays que Yahvé ton Dieu te donne en héritage pour le posséder,

Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day.

raha mihaino tsara ny feon' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ianao ka mitandrina hanaraka izao lalàna rehetra izao, izay andidiako anao anio.

raha mihaino ny feon' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao amin' ny fanarahana tsara ny didiny rehetra izay andidiako anao anio.

que si tu écoutes vraiment la voix de Yahvé ton Dieu, en gardant et pratiquant tous ces commandements que je te prescris aujourd' hui.

Deo / Dt 15:6

For the Lord thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.

Fa Jehovah Andriamanitrao hitahy anao araka izay nolazainy taminao; ary hampisambotra ny firenena maro ianao, fa ianao kosa tsy hisambotra; ary hanapaka firenena maro ianao, fa izy kosa tsy mba hanapaka anao.

Fa dia hanambina anao Iaveh Andriamanitrao araka ny efa voalazany taminao; hampisambotra amin' ny firenena maro hianao, fa hianao tsy mba hisambotra kosa; hanapaka firenena maro hianao fa tsy mba hotapahina.

Si Yahvé ton Dieu te bénit comme il l' a dit, tu prêteras à des nations nombreuses, sans avoir besoin de leur emprunter, et tu domineras des nations nombreuses, sans qu' elles te dominent.

Deo / Dt 15:7

If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

Raha misy malahelo ny rahalahinao ao an-tanànanao anankiray amin' ny taninao izay omen' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao anao, dia aza manamafy ny fonao, na manakombona ny tananao, amin' ny rahalahinao malahelo;

Raha misy mahantra ny rahalahinao ao anatin' ny anankiray amin' ny vavahadinao any amin' ny tany omen' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao anao, dia aza manamafy ny fonao, na manakombona ny tànanao amin' ny rahalahinao mahantra,

Se trouve-t-il chez toi un pauvre, d' entre tes frères, dans l' une des villes de ton pays que Yahvé ton Dieu t' a donné ? Tu n' endurciras pas ton coeur ni ne fermeras ta main à ton frère pauvre,

Deo / Dt 15:8

But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.

fa sokafy tsara aminy ny tananao, ka ampisambory izay ilainy, araka izay mahory azy.

fa aoka hivelatra aminy ny tànanao; ka hampisambotra azy ny sahaza ilainy araka ny mahory azy.

mais tu lui ouvriras ta main et tu lui prêteras ce qui lui manque.

Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the Lord against thee, and it be sin unto thee.

Mitandrema fandrao hisy hevi-dratsy ao am-ponao manao hoe: Antomotra ny taona fahafito, dia ny taom-panafahana; ary ho ratsy fijery ny rahalahinao malahelo ianao, ka tsy hanome azy akory ianao; ary hitaraina amin' i Jehovah hiampanga anao Izy, ka dia ho fahotanao izany.

Tandremo fandrao mitsiry ao am-ponao ity hevitra tsy mendrika ity hoe: Akaiky ity ny taona fahafito, taom-panafahana, ka ho ratsy maso amin' ny rahalahinao mahantra hianao amin' izay, ka tsy hanome na inona na inona azy, ka hitaraina amin' ny Tompo hiampanga anao izy, ka sao milonjo ota hianao.

Ne va pas tenir en ton coeur ces mauvais propos : " Voici bientôt la septième année, l' année de remise ", en regardant méchamment ton frère pauvre sans rien lui donner ; il en appellerait à Yahvé contre toi et tu serais chargé d' un péché !

Deo / Dt 15:10

Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

Omeo tokoa izy, ary aoka tsy halahelo ny fonao raha manome azy, satria izany zavatra izany no hitahian' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao anao amin' ny asanao rehetra sy amin' izay rehetra ataon' ny tananao.

Tsy maintsy manome azy hianao, ary aza misy alahelo ny fonao, raha manome azy hianao, fa izany no hanambinan' ny Tompo anao amin' ny asanao rehetra sy amin' ny raharaha rehetra hataonao.

Quand tu lui donnes, tu dois lui donner de bon coeur, car pour cela Yahvé ton Dieu te bénira dans toutes tes actions et dans tous tes travaux.

Deo / Dt 15:11

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

Fa ny tany tsy ilaozan' olo-malahelo, koa izany no andidiako anao hoe: Sokafy tsara amin' ny rahalahinao ny tananao, dia amin' ny malahelo sy ny mahantra eo amin' ny taninao.

Na oviana na oviana ny tany tsy ilaozan' olona ory; ka izany no anomezako anao ity didy ity: Aoka hamelatra ny tànanao amin' ny rahalahinao hianao, amin' ny ory sy ny mahantra eo amin' ny taninao.

Certes, les pauvres ne disparaîtront point de ce pays ; aussi je te donne ce commandement : Tu dois ouvrir ta main à ton frère, à celui qui est humilié et pauvre dans ton pays.

And if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.

Raha hamidy aminao ny namanao, na lehilahy Hebreo, na vehivavy Hebreo, ka efa nanompo anao enin-taona, dia hovotsoranao ho afaka izy amin' ny taona fahafito.

Raha mivaro-tena aminao ny iray amin' ny rahalahinao hebrio na lahy izany na vavy, dia hanompo anao enin-taona izy; amin' ny taona fahafito, dia hovotsoranao ho afaka aminao izy.

Si ton frère hébreu, homme ou femme, se vend à toi, il te servira six ans. La septième année tu le renverras libre

Deo / Dt 15:13

And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:

Ary raha hovotsoranao ho afaka izy, dia tsy havelanao handeha fotsiny;

Ary rahefa alefanao aminao izy, dia aza halefa hiala maina,

et, le renvoyant libre, tu ne le renverras pas les mains vides.

Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: of that wherewith the Lord thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.

fa hisy hampitondrainao azy avy amin' ny ondry aman' osinao ary avy amin' ny famoloanao sy ny famiazanao: araka izay efa nitahian' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao anao no hanomezanao azy.

fa anomezo falim-pò mihitsy izy, avy amin' ny biby madinika fiompinao sy ny avy eo am-pamoloana amam-pamiazanao; ny harena izay nanambinan' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao anao no hanomezanao azy.

Tu chargeras sur ses épaules, à titre de cadeau, quelque produit de ton petit bétail, de ton aire et de ton pressoir ; selon ce dont t' aura béni Yahvé ton Dieu, tu lui donneras.

Deo / Dt 15:15

And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the Lord thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.

Ary tsarovy fa andevo tany amin' ny tany Egypta ianao, nefa Jehovah Andriamanitrao efa nanavotra anao, koa izany no andidiako anao izao zavatra izao anio.

Tsarovy fa efa mba andevo tany amin' ny tany Ejipta hianao, saingy nanafaka anao Iaveh Andriamanitrao, ka izany no anomezako anao anio izao didy izao.

Tu te souviendras que tu as été en servitude au pays d'Égypte et que Yahvé ton Dieu t' a racheté : voilà pourquoi je te donne aujourd' hui cet ordre.

And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee;

Kanefa raha hoy izy aminao: Tsy hiala aminao aho, satria tsy foiny ianao sy ny ankohonanao, ka finaritra aminao izy,

Raha ny ankizilahinao anefa no manao aminao hoe: Tsy te-hiala aminao aho noho ny fitiavany anao sy ny ankohonanao, sady finaritra izy ao aminao,

Mais s' il te dit : " Je ne veux pas te quitter ", s' il t' aime, toi et ta maison, s' il est heureux avec toi,

Deo / Dt 15:17

Then thou shalt take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.

dia halainao ny haolo ka hotevehinao amin' ny varavarana ny sofiny, dia ho mpanomponao mandrakizay izy. Ary toy izany koa no hataonao amin' ny ankizivavinao.

dia alaovy ny haolo ka teveho eo amin' ny varavarana ny sofiny, dia ho mpanomponao mandrakizay izy. Toy izany koa no hataonao amin' ny ankizivavinao.

tu prendras un poinçon, tu lui en perceras l' oreille contre la porte et il sera ton serviteur pour toujours. Envers ta servante tu feras de même.

Deo / Dt 15:18

It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee; for he hath been worth a double hired servant to thee, in serving thee six years: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest.

Aza ataonao ho sarotra ny hamotsotra azy ho afaka, fa indroa toraka ny karaman' ny mpikarama no azonao tamin' ny nanompoany anao enin-taona; dia hitahy anao Jehovah Andriamanitrao amin' izay rehetra ataonao.

Aoka tsy ho mafy aminao ny hamotsotra ny ankizilahinao ho afaka aminao, satria nahazoanao avo sasaka noho ny karaman' ny mpikarama ny nanompoany anao enin-taona, dia hambinin' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao hianao amin' izay rehetra hataonao.

Qu' il ne te semble pas trop pénible de le renvoyer en liberté : il vaut deux fois le salaire d' un mercenaire, celui qui t' aura servi six ans. Et Yahvé ton Dieu te bénira en tout ce que tu feras.

Deo / Dt 15:19

All the firstling males that come of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto the Lord thy God: thou shalt do no work with the firstling of thy bullock, nor shear the firstling of thy sheep.

Ny lahy rehetra amin' ny voalohan-teraky ny ombinao sy ny ondry aman' osinao dia hohamasininao ho an' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao; aza mampiasa ny voalohan-teraky ny ombinao, na manety ny voalohan-teraky ny ondry aman' osinao.

Atokany ho an' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao ny lahy rehetra voalohan-teraky ny biby fiompinao, na vaventy na madinika; aza mampiasa ny voalohan-teraky ny ombinao, na manety ny voalohan-teraky ny ondrinao,

Tout premier-né mâle de ta vache ou de ta brebis, tu le consacreras à Yahvé ton Dieu. Tu ne feras pas travailler le premier-né de ta vache, ni ne tondras le premier-né de ta brebis.

Deo / Dt 15:20

Thou shalt eat it before the Lord thy God year by year in the place which the Lord shall choose, thou and thy household.

Eo anatrehan' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao no hihinananao sy ny ankohonanao azy isan-taona isan-taona eo amin' ny fitoerana izay hofidin' i Jehovah.

fa aoka hohaninao sy ny ankohonanao izany isan-taona eo anatrehan' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao any amin' ny fitoerana izay hofidiny.

Tu le mangeras, toi et ta maison, chaque année, en présence de Yahvé ton Dieu au lieu choisi par Yahvé.

Deo / Dt 15:21

And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the Lord thy God.

Fa raha misy kilemany izy: na mandringa, na jamba, na izay kilema ratsy hafa akory, dia aza vonoinao hatao fanatitra ho an' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ireny.

Raha manan-kilema anefa izy, fa mandringa na jamba na misy kilema ratsy hafa na inona na inona, dia aza atolotra ho sorona amin' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao,

S' il a quelque tare, s' il est boiteux ou aveugle, n' importe quelle tare grave, tu ne l' immoleras pas à Yahvé ton Dieu ;

Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

Ao an-tanànanao ihany no hihinananao ireny; na ny olona maloto na ny madio dia samy mahazo mihinana azy, tahaka ny ahazoany mihinana ny gazela sy ny diera.

fa hano ao anatin' ny vavahadinao ihany, ka na olona maloto na olona madio, dia samy hihinana azy, toy ny fihinana gazela na serfa.

tu le mangeras chez toi, purs et impurs réunis, comme tu mangerais de la gazelle ou du cerf ;

Only thou shalt not eat the blood thereof; thou shalt pour it upon the ground as water.

Kanefa ny ràny no aza hanina, fa aidino amin' ny tany toy ny rano.

Faingy ny rany kosa no aza hanina, fa araraho amin' ny tany toy ny rano.

seulement, tu n' en mangeras pas le sang, tu le répandras à terre comme de l' eau.
