Les gens d'Éphraïm se rassemblèrent, ils passèrent le Jourdain dans la direction de Çaphôn et ils dirent à Jephté : " Pourquoi es-tu allé combattre les Ammonites sans nous avoir invités à marcher avec toi ? Nous brûlerons ta maison sur toi! "
